Good afternoon, I am Congressman Robert Pittenger from North Carolina. I want you to know something today. The American people love and support the freedom loving people of Iran. The United States Congress supports the freedom loving people of Iran. I would like to ask you today, are you ready to hold the mullahs accountable? Are you ready to hold Khomeini accountable? Are you ready for the regime change? Are you ready to get rid of the greatest sponsor terrorism in the world?  Are you ready to restore freedom to Iran? Are you ready for honest elections? Are you ready for democracy in Iran? Are you ready for equality in Iran? Are you ready for human rights in Iran? Are you ready for religious freedom in Iran? Now is the time! when our forefathers met two hundred forty-one years ago this time they pledged their lives their fortunes their sacred honor for a declaration of independence, for a new America. Yes From that, we found life, Liberty and the pursuit of happiness and that is what we want for our Iran today.  So I want you to know as your brother, your friend, I am a Christian, I am a follower of Jesus Christ, I respect you. We stand with you, we work for you, we pray for you. God bless you, free Iran
