While some western countries and newspapers that are after appeasement, because of their economic interests, are trying to present Rouhani as a moderate, in his speech on Tuesday he said he was proud that his government had provided all the expenses of manufacturing missiles and regime’s military intervention in the Middle East. He announced that 80 percent of all strategic weapons have been manufactured during his presidency.

In his speech on Tuesday, in “Civil Health Festival”, Hassan Rouhani whom many try to show as a moderate presented a record of the activities of its administration during the four years of his presidency that is getting close to its end.

He said: “When we are faced with oil sanction and the country’s revenues are declining this would affect the government’s services. While the oil revenue and taxes provide the governments expenditures, when there are no oil revenue and we have no economic growth, getting tax becomes very difficult and sometimes impossible. Therefore, at the beginning of the administration we decide to resolve the issue of the sanctions through negotiations within three years.

Rouhani said: “During the most difficult economic situation we help the Iraqi people, when we say we helped Iraqi people, some think it was only life sacrifice. It is true that some sacrificed their lives and we should appreciate them but who paid for their salaries and their weapons?”
