Following the social protests in Iran, Iran`s military and security forces exercised a maneuver called "confronting internal unrest."

The situation in Iran is highly explosive and the domestic unrest is Iranian regime’s worst nightmare.

On the average, every week, there has been 100 protests by those who have not received their salaries, or who have lost their assets by investing in state financial institutions, and so forth.

In a rare instance, a writing was hanged from a notice board that red "confronting internal unrest".

This maneuver was carried out by the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) in Gilan province.
