Reza Mazlouman was assassinated in Paris

A university lecturer at the College of Law in Tehran and a deputy minister of education during the Shah’s reign, Reza Mazlouman left Iran after the revolution in 1979 and took refuge in France. The MOIS had been pursuing to eliminate Mazlouman since 1992. Finally, Mazlouman was killed on May 27, 1996 had after being shot three times by an MOIS infiltrator.
